Scope
These terms govern Premium offers and paid services on MyPressConference.eu supplied by 514 PRODUCTION, a French SARL with share capital of €1,000, RCS Paris 793 084 443, SIRET 793 084 443 00027, VAT FR93 793 084 443, registered office at 128 rue La Boétie, 75008 Paris, France. Telephone: +33 1 89 16 68 15. They apply to business and consumer customers, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
Offers, orders and prices
Premium plans may be purchased for fixed terms of one month, three months or one year. The features, price, applicable taxes and payment methods are those shown before checkout confirmation. An order is formed when the customer confirms the selection and payment is accepted. Order information is made available electronically.
Term and extensions
Each plan is purchased for a fixed term and expires automatically at its end. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge. An expiry reminder may be sent. Any extension requires a separate new order and is paid and invoiced separately. Customers can consult available details in their account.
Payment and invoices
Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout, including Stripe when displayed. Card data is processed by the payment provider. An invoice is issued under applicable rules and made available to the customer. If payment is refused or disputed, Premium access may be suspended pending resolution, as permitted by law.
Access and acceptable use
Premium access is linked to the customer’s account and purchased period. Customers must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and respect laws and third-party rights when using the site or publishing content. They retain rights to their content and warrant that they have necessary permissions. 514 PRODUCTION may remove unlawful content or proportionately suspend access for a serious breach, with notice where possible. Maintenance or incidents may cause temporary interruption.
Consumer withdrawal
Unless a statutory exception applies, a consumer contracting at a distance has fourteen days from contract formation to withdraw. The consumer may send an unequivocal statement using the contact form. If, at the consumer’s express request, a service starts before the period ends, a proportionate amount for the service already supplied may be due. The right is lost only under statutory conditions, including completion of the service and collection of any required consent or acknowledgement.
Complaints and consumer mediation

Liability and governing law
Each party is liable as required by law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for personal injury or intentional misconduct. Subject to mandatory consumer rules, 514 PRODUCTION is not liable for indirect loss or unlawful use of content published by a customer. French law governs, without removing mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s country of residence. Jurisdiction is determined under applicable law.
Changes
The terms displayed when the customer orders apply to that order. Later changes apply to new orders after publication of the updated version.
